We have used Sea Breeze several times. The last time was for cleaning the grout in our floor tile and shower. The grout is a very pale gray in the areas that get no traffic. It was pretty dark in the high-traffic areas. The house was a recent purchase, but it is 20 years old, and we don’t know when or if the grout was ever cleaned. To make a long story short, the guys and equipment from Sea Breeze were awesome.

Jared came out a day after I called to work on an estimate. He measured off all of the tiled areas and emailed me a quote later that evening. It was what I considered a fair price and I accepted it and he scheduled the cleaning for the following week. They were here on the day on time and did a great job. They moved all the furniture, cleaned the three different types of tile, moved everything back into place, and were done in about 6 hours.
